Josiah Harrell: Josiah Harrell arrived in the UFC unbeaten at 11-0 from the regional scene and debuted on February 21, 2026, but was knocked out by Jacobe Smith at 3:01 of the first round for his first professional loss. He is now 11-1 and looking to bounce back from that defeat.

Josiah Harrell: Days before his scheduled UFC 290 bout with Jack Della Maddalena in July 2023, pre-fight screening revealed moyamoya disease, a rare condition that narrows the arteries feeding the brain, and the fight was cancelled. Josiah Harrell underwent a nine-hour brain surgery in which two vessels were grafted to his head and a titanium plate was inserted, and finally made his UFC debut roughly two and a half years later in February 2026.

Josiah Harrell

Josiah Harrell is a professional mixed martial artist from the United States with a record of 11 wins and 1 loss. Competing in the welterweight division, he is known for a powerful fighting style rooted in his wrestling foundation. His recent career includes a first-round submission victory over veteran Melvin Guillard and a unanimous decision win against Kegan Gennrich. Most recently, he secured a third-round corner stoppage victory over Bekmyrza Dosmatov at LFA 224.
